We are seeking a full-time NEPA Manager with a strong background in either ecological, environmental, or cultural resources consulting to join our Indiana team. This position is based in Indianapolis.

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate must be experienced with the completion of NEPA documents and the Indiana Department of Transportation’s (INDOT) environmental process. They will have three to five years of experience leading NEPA compliance, preferably for transportation projects, and must be comfortable leading, coordinating, and managing a team to complete complex environmental documents within firmly established project schedules. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects is critical. The most successful candidates are those who exhibit a sense of curiosity, genuine leadership, and have a strong desire to grow and develop.
Candidates with current INDOT prequalifications will be prioritized, but candidates with the ability to become prequalified are encouraged to apply and will be considered. Excellent written and oral communication skills, familiarity with standard office software packages, and the ability to work as a team member is essential.
Our desired, well-rounded candidate will be able to prepare technical reports and proposals, coordinate and communicate with staff and clients regarding project status and maintain schedules and project budgets. In office attendance is a requirement, but remote work for portions of each week is an option after 90 days. .
