Join our team at Nature Pure LLC, a FAMILY FARM in Raymond, Ohio.

We’re looking for a hard-working lawn care person to add to our maintenance team in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. In this position, it will be your responsibility to mow the grass and trim the weeds at our farm properties, using our equipment. That means you’ll spend most of your time outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, mowing grass and trimming weeds.

POSITION SUMMARY

As part of the Maintenance team, the Lawn Care Worker provides lawn mowing, weed eating and other related services as needed seasonally on Nature Pure grounds. The Lawn Care Worker will operate company–owned riding lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to maintain the outdoor grounds of our farm. The following characteristics will be important in this position: physical fitness and stamina, good practical skills, attention to safety, time management, reliable job attendance and the ability to follow instructions. Training on the use of company lawn equipment will be provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Specific job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to mow grass and manage weeds.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions during spring, summer and fall.
Assist with loading and unloading of mowing equipment.
Drive between farm locations to mow.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.

Experience mowing and maintaining lawns preferred.
Knowledge of lawn mowing equipment preferred.
Sit, stand, or walk for several hours at a time.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
High school degree, G.E.D, or equivalent experience
Must have a current valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
