We are seeking to add a highly organized and accomplished Office Administrator to our rapidly growing cohesive and talented team. Our Powell, Ohio office offers a fun and spirited team of professionals in a comfortable and professional atmosphere. We are committed to providing first-rate services to a broad-based book of clients. The Office Administrator role can be a part-time or full-time position and will report directly to the Director of Operations.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for regularly scheduled support functions, on-demand requests as they arise, and projects in support of the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for all functional areas of the organization.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners (marketing, HR, legal, etc.) to gather and distribute needed information for the company’s uninterrupted operations.
  • Interact with clients for the purposes of scheduling, follow-up and information and always maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Assist with stakeholder (customers, vendors, employees, etc.) engagement; ensure satisfactory resolution of any issues; compile and complete accurate documentation for client files.
  • Develop and oversee processes and procedures for onboarding new clients and general operations.
  • Provide some dedicated client and operational support to the President of the company.

Essential Skills:

  • Deadline oriented and detail driven to ensure maximum operational efficiencies and compliance with critical timelines/schedules and third-party IT needs.
  • Efficient and able to self-manage multiple assignments and responsibilities; experience reprioritizing work as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and use of calendar/scheduling tool to manage assignments.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude to identify potential problems and recognize opportunities, with the ability to resolve issues early and in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate multiple solutions and recommend the best as related to company needs, client care, and the most positive outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required to produce regular internal and external communications.
