The Law Office of Philip A. King, LLC located at 2529 Oakstone Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43085 is seeking an experienced, friendly, detailed-oriented, self-confident and responsible person to take on a full-time role of receptionist. The Receptionist is the first impression that those from the outside will have of the law firm. So, he or she must be friendly and polite and have a professional demeanor and positive attitude. The Receptionist will be the primary answerer of the main phone line and greeter of office visitors. The Receptionist will also assist with pre-consultation tasks, closing client files, client satisfaction follow-up, and mailing duties.
The Receptionist works under the supervision of the Owner.

Education & Experience:
The Receptionist must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.
The receptionist should have some prior office experience, and experience with business phone systems and office computer systems and software.
