GO-HR is a fast-growing, award-winning, woman-owned business, passionate about providing outsourced HR services to an array of small businesses. We are looking for an experienced, part-time HR Generalist (15-20 hours per week) to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Generalist will report directly to our company President and will be responsible for overseeing and effectively administering all functions pertaining to Human Resources, including orientation, compensation, benefits, payroll, and advising on Company policies and practices for multiple small business organizations. Some client on-site work will be required, as needed by the client, but can be balanced by remote work, as well. The HR Generalist is expected to understand laws and regulations pertaining to human resources, compensation, and payroll administration and ensure that our organization adheres to such standards.

The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years of experience working as an HR partner and be able to switch quickly from company to company. Bachelor's degree preferred. HR certification required.
